After the update you are able to control all your channels and methods of collecting feedback from the same process. No more jumping between the channel management and survey tool! Just select or create channels as much as you like in the survey creation process.
Along the new survey building tool we enhanced our email and SMS tools to match your requirements. Now it is easier than ever to build the most beautiful feedback collection emails and SMS with ease and without any technical skills! The tools are included with the survey creation tool so that you can do everything at the same time you create your survey.
From today, you can use unlimited amount of channels and channel groups to collect your valuable customer data! We noticed that it is more important to be able to create own channels for each brick & mortar as well as your website and eCommerce. So go ahead, go crazy with collecting the data and don´t worry about the amount of channels. The channel creation is easy and available at the survey creation process.
Presenting the new website plugin
This is something we have been waiting for and I know that you have too! The whole new website plugin is now available. Just with one snippet of code injected to your website's header, you can collect feedback from your website and eCommerce visitors with ease. Now you can also select which pages you show your survey on, when Feedbackly asks for feedback, how long should we wait before we ask that same customer again and what type survey popup you would like to use! You should get excited, because surely we are!
