Okay now we are ready to expand our views on our customer base. One channel is not enough for me and it certainly should not be enough for you! In this article I will present shortly how you can manage multiple feedback channels and their analysis.
On your dashboard head to the left and click "Feedback channels. From here you will find all the channel types and channels that you have available. To create more channels (e.g. more feedback devices) just select "add new feedback kiosk". Give it a name and hit "add". To activate any other type of feedback channel, just choose the channel types from the upper banner and after that you can change their options. You can set up as many channels as you want - go nuts!!
When the channels are set up, navigate to "surveys". Here you can set up surveys to your preferred channels. From here you can also see which surveys are active in which channel. To activate a survey to you new channels, just normally create a survey or edit an existing one. When you reach the part "Distribution", select the channels you want to activate the survey to. Go through the process normally and there you go! You have started your multichannel measurement!
To analyze these different channel you can do it the same way as you would do with one channel. On your "Results" tab click open your search terms on the up right and choose which channels you would like to observe. You can observe them separately, together or compare them to each other.
