The Feedback inbox
We are so proud to introduce the feedback inbox to our users. With the Feedback inbox, you are now able to track customer service issues down to which customer left the feedback, and send them SMS or email messages directly to them.
The obvious use case involves retaining unhappy customers with offers that you can send directly to their email inbox or mobile device. It can also be used to reward loyal customers for their feedback.
Every time a customer leaves feedback, it is added to their profile in a conversation format. You can communicate with them without leaving the Feedbackly dashboard!
