You can create notifications & alerts based on feedback the customer gives you. The notification can be triggered through customer selecting certain option or if an open text field contains certain words or is enough in length.
1. Select the notifications icon from the left
2. Choose your survey & channels for the notification
Choose one or multiple e-mail addresses for notifications
Choose from which survey you want the notifications from
Choose which channel you want the notifications from (one survey can be in multiple channels)
3. Choose one or multiple conditions
You can choose any of the question in your survey for triggering the notifications. Note that if you add multiple conditions - ALL of them need to be true in order for the notification to trigger.
Option 1: Create notification based on selection
Option 2: Create notification based on words in open text fields
a) Length of the text
b) containing any of multiple words you want
c) containing all words you wany
