Setting up an upsell to your survey/channel has 3 steps:
1. Create a survey to any channel/engage point (link, web etc.) you like with an upsell question
2. Create an upsell offer
3. Assign the upsell to all the channels/engage points you chose in the step 1
Step 1 - Creating a survey with an upsell question
To include the upsell in your survey you must have an upsell-question included in your survey.
When creating the survey - choose the upsell question.
Next you can see the question and modify the texts if needed. Note that Feedbackly-sponsored iPhone competition is always included in the upsell! Also e-mail field is automatically included in the upsell-question.

In next steps you will assign the upsell-offer to channels/engage points so remember channels/engage points you will publish this survey.
Step 2 - Create the upsell-offer
Next choose the upsell (dollar) -icon from the left navigation.
Choose create a new upsell-offer
When creating a new upsell you have can choose your own texts to be included in the upsell (note that the top field + text is predefined by Feedbackly).
Include your own picture (png,jpeg) to create a visual presentation.
From the top-right you can choose if you want to use barcode or qr-code in the offer. The dropdown-menu offers wide variety of industry standard barcodes and qr-codes.
The alternative is just to have your own "discount-code" included somewhere in the text fields.
On the right you can see the preview of the upsell offer. This is the e-mail that the customer receives instantly after giving the feedback.
Step 3 - Assign the Upsell
After saving the upsell - you can assign the upsell to any channel/engage point you wish (e.g. link + web plugin having survey X and the upsell-question in them). Note that you have to have an upsell-question included in the survey of the channel.
You can assign upsell based on the feedback given. This means that you can choose if the upsell will trigger from positive, neutral or negative feedback as shown below.
After pressing "Activate" - You are ready! Now you can preview the survey from Channels Management with the upsell question and when leaving your email you will receive an upsell-offer instantly.
