2. NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Net Promoter Score is a standardized method to measure the likelihood of someone recommending your product or service to someone else.
Choose your question title and modify all other information if needed.
The value behind NPS is a simple but effective formula which gives companies an NPS Score from -100 to +100. Anything above +50 is considered very good, with 80+ being world-class.
3. Word Choice
You can create a word choice question where the customer can choose one (or more, if configured) of the options you have predefined. These questions can be easily reordered.
4. Open Question
Let your customer tell you about their experience in text form.
You can ask your customers to give you a score out of 10 using the Slider question type, which allows customer to respond by sliding the dials (mouse or finger on iPad).
You can fully customize the display text on each slider.
If you want to make your survey more visual, you can upload your own pictures (jpg or png) as question options and add text below them if necessary.
Collecting e-mails or phone numbers is easy with the form-tool. Add multiple text boxes (as many as needed) and add check-boxes if necessary.
