You can choose from multiple different types of questions.
Further, each question has settings where you can modify logic: meaning the flow of the survey (which question the survey jumps based on an answer)
Below you can find different questions and their features explained.
Add Heading and sub-heading which are visible in your survey. You can also rename the smileys as you want.
- Choose 4 or 5 different smileys
- Choose the style of the smileys/emoticons
2. NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Net Promoter Score is a standard-method to measure the likelihood of someone recommending your services/products to someone else.
Choose title and modify all other information if needed.
3. Word Choices
You can create easy-to-click word choices where the customer can choose one of the alternatives you have predefined. With follow-up open question you can ask more information about the answer if needed.
4. Open text question
Let the customer tell you about their feelings in text form.
If you want to ask multiple different things, you can use slider which allows customer to respond by sliding (mouse or finger on kiosk). The scale is from 1 to 10.
You can choose the texts freely.
If you wish to make your survey visual, you can upload your own pictures (jpg,png) as question options and add text below them if necessary.
